The following information should be read carefully before ordering a watch through First Swiss Luxury.
 
1. Authenticity / Delivery
 
First Swiss Luxury sells only 100% authentic watches. Included in the delivery are a receipt, product instructions, a warranty card stamped by an authorised dealer as well as the original case.
 
2. Quality of the Products
 
If not explicitly described as a „pre-owned watch“, all watches offered by First Swiss Luxury are brand new.
 
3.Shipment
 
3.1 General   
The offered price includes worldwide insured shipment through UPS. Special offers and pre-owned watches will be sent out as soon as we have registered the incoming payment. First Swiss Luxury reserves the right to refuse shipment to countries, in which, from our point of view,  risk free trading cannot be guaranteed.
On demand, customers have the possibility to pick up the watch in our offices in Zurich, Zug or Geneva. Also, it is possible to have the watch handed over at the airport of Zurich, Basel or Geneva.
 
3.2 Europe
For European customers the offered price includes insured shipping and handling. It does not contain VAT and customs duties. For sales within Switzerland 7.6 % VAT will be charged.  For all other European countries, UPS will charge the VAT and custom duties at the time of delivery.
 
3.3 USA         
For customers from the U.S. the offered price includes insured shipping, handling and import duties to the US. No state taxes have to be paid on international internet sales.
 
3.4 Russia
Customers from Russia or GUS country’s are advised to pick up the watches bought through First Swiss Luxury directly in Switzerland, just to avoid common complications with shipment and the customs authorities.
 
4. Payment
The payment to First Swiss Luxury should be made by bank wire, bank cheque or cash. Additional information about the payment methods can be found here.
